Each portfolio company configures its workspace in 10 minutes. No tool to replace, native connection with your existing hiring tools.

Pooling
When a portfolio company doesn't retain a qualified candidate, that profile becomes automatically available to the others, anonymised, on your terms.

You steer
Your dashboard consolidates the picture: cost-per-hire per portco, pooled talent, operational leakage measured in basis points. Reportable to your LPs.

Fund-private dashboards
Sequoia never sees Index's portfolio. No data leaves your perimeter, including for shared portfolio companies. Metrics, hires, compensation ranges: everything stays in your perimeter.
Anonymisation by default
On the network, candidates not retained circulate without identity. The destination portco sees 'Senior Backend, ex-Stripe, 6 yrs experience', not 'Jean Dupont not retained, origin masked.' Identity is only revealed with both parties' consent.
Masked provenance
Destination portcos never know which source portco a candidate came from. No fund learns anything about another fund's hires or unsuccessful applications through the platform.

Not an ATS. Not a sourcing agent. A fund-level category.
