Three principles

The portco stays sovereign
No HR decision is forced. Sharing is opt-in, configured by the fund, accepted by the portco. Final portco veto.

Fund data stays private
Consolidated KPIs never leave the fund perimeter. No cross-fund benchmarking. No data resale. Ever.

Anonymisation by default, automated right-to-be-forgotten, full GDPR compliance, no opaque algorithmic scoring.
